Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  Quality Check & Packaging

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original designer tags and packaging intact to qualify for a successful return.

  Schedule a Pickup

  Once approved, we will arrange a complimentary courier pickup from your delivery address at a time that is convenient for you.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our quality team inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 7-10 business days.
